In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers by assisting with reservations, inquiries, and service-related concerns across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner

Assist customers with booking, modifying, or canceling reservations

Provide accurate information about bike rentals, tours, pricing, and policies

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience

Qualifications
