Senior Relationship Manager

The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers and developing client relationships to drive new business and expand existing relationships. This role will work closely with the Commercial Banking team to develop and execute strategic plans to grow the commercial portfolio and maximize profitability. The Senior Relationship Manager will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial banking relationships, including middle market and small business clients. This role requires strong leadership, sales, credit, and relationship management skills to deliver exceptional service and drive profitable growth.
