Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Director - School & College Partnerships at InternNation. The role involves establishing and managing partnerships with educational institutions, coordinating outreach and collaboration initiatives, and promoting the organization's programs with schools and colleges. The Director will oversee program planning, build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and represent the organization at educational events. Additionally, the role requires strategic thinking, consistent reporting, and contribution to the growth of InternNation's presence and impact.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in building and managing partnerships, collaborating with schools, colleges, and other educational organizations.
- Experience in developing and executing effective outreach and engagement strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with educators, students, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, along with attention to detail and reliability in meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and travel to schools and colleges as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Business Management, or a related field. A master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Passion for youth development and education, with an understanding of the Indian educational ecosystem being highly desirable.
