Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, process-oriented and relationship-driven individual to oversee the end-to-end management of operations at our partner university campuses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Key Account Management
- Monitor, analyze and improve partner performance metrics
2. Operations Management
- Lead onboarding of new university partners, ensuring seamless integration into Virohan’s operating model
- Oversee batch launches, academic calendar adherence, and day-to-day operational alignment across campuses
- Ensure operational compliance with internal SOPs and partner expectations
3. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the single point of contact for university stakeholders
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with partner university leadership
- Drive periodic reporting, feedback collection and alignment on key initiatives
4. Team Management
- Manage and support campus-level Points of Contact (PoCs) to ensure day-to-day execution and issue resolution
- Provide ongoing training and performance feedback to PoCs
- Set clear goals, review progress, and maintain high team accountability
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Academics, Marketing, and Student Operations teams to streamline university-facing processes
- Drive implementation of SOPs across departments for consistent partner experience
- Flag and solve inter-departmental bottlenecks affecting partner delivery
Qualifications & Experience
- Must have: Prior experience working with HEIs in India
- 4–7 years of experience in partner operations, key account management, or program management/delivery roles (preferably in higher education, EdTech, or a fast-paced startup environment)
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience with P&L ownership is a plus
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence
- Exceptional communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with data, project management tools and performance dashboards.
