Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a University Placement Counselor. The counselor will assist students in exploring academic and career options, conduct in-depth counseling sessions, and provide personalized guidance for college and university selection. Additional responsibilities include training students for interviews, coordinating with educational institutions, and facilitating workshops or seminars to support students in achieving their academic aspirations.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with students, parents, and institutions
- Proficiency in Career Counseling and Interviewing to guide students toward successful academic and professional pathways
- Experience in Training and facilitation of workshops or sessions for skill development
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the higher education landscape, admission processes, and university systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
