Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented University Partnerships Manager to lead institutional partnerships and business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, negotiating, and onboarding universities, colleges, and educational institutions across India.
This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work with senior academic leadership including Vice Chancellors, Registrars, Directors, Deans, and Placement Heads.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach universities, colleges, educational institutions, and academic organizations for strategic partnerships.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand CareerSecure's institutional network.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in higher education institutions.
- Present CareerSecure's partnership models, programs, and solutions to prospective institutions.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions with institutional stakeholders.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual partnership acquisition targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partnered institutions.
- Ensure long-term engagement and successful partnership outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing partnerships.
- Monitor higher education trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Develop strategies to expand partnerships across universities and colleges.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and partnerships through CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Admissions, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership for successful partnership implementation.
- Support joint initiatives, webinars, campus engagement activities, and promotional campaigns with partner institutions.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, Education Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Experience working with universities, colleges, EdTech companies, training organizations, or educational institutions will be preferred.
