About the role
Position Description:
- Organize the Marketing server, specifically our extensive library of images. Rename files with updated naming convention, tag images, recommend images/files to keep/delete.
- Migrate images to new photo sharing system in new organizational structure.
- Assist with minor design tasks, writing/proofreading, and website updates.
- Capture videos and photos of campus life for use on social media and other marketing materials; assist social media manager with the creation and editing of social media posts
- Act as a strategic partner to the marketing team to assist us in better reaching/engaging with the USJ student population
Desired Skills: |
- Experience with Canva, Adobe suite, social media, photography, video/photo editing skills a plus

Hours:
Flexible – anytime M-F 8:30-4:30
Evaluation Procedure: Student and direct supervisor will have on-going communications regarding development and performance.
