Student Support Specialist

The Student Support Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality academic and non-academic support to University of Phoenix students. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting students with navigating University systems and processes, answering questions, resolving issues, and connecting students to appropriate resources. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
