Position Summary

The Social Clinical Research Assistant will be working with Dr. Guorong Wu and his team on an NIH -funded research education program focused on the application of machine learning and image processing techniques in Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. They will oversee high school students in this summer enrichment program ensuring consistent staffing and adherence to established project milestones to ensure that grant conditions as well as any lab and/or University policies and protocols are met.

Minimum Education And Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Required Qualifications, Competencies, And Experience

A keen interest in furthering research work with budding young scientists. Ability to pass required background checks in accordance with the Protection of Minors policy.
