Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Work Experience - Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus.
- Proven clinical nursing experience with prior leadership or management roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
