About the role

The Director, Administrative Operations will be responsible for strengthening executive leadership, driving cross-departmental coordination; aligning efforts with the Golisano Children’s Alliance, and maintaining strategic focus during growth. This position would serve as a critical link between leadership and operations, ensuring seamless execution of priorities between FPI, the Children’s Hospital, School of Medicine, and other key stakeholders.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

  • Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent combination of training or experience in a specialty suited to the assignment
  • Eight or more years of relevant work experience, including substantial work at a managerial level, preferably in an educational institution
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization

Total Rewards
The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of University of Maryland’s Faculty Physician’s Inc. salary range for this position. Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
