Student Engagement Officer

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Student Engagement Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with students, providing support and guidance on careers, employability and opportunities. You will work closely with the Careers Service team to deliver a range of activities and events to empower students to reach their full potential. Key responsibilities include: - Organising and delivering a range of careers-related workshops, events and activities - Providing one-to-one support and advice to students on career planning, job search and applications - Promoting the Careers Service and its resources to students - Collaborating with academic and professional services teams to enhance student engagement - Collecting and analysing data to measure the impact of the Careers Service - Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Careers Service offering To be successful in this role, you should have experience in student engagement, careers guidance or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for supporting student development, are essential.
