The King laboratory is focused on understanding antibody repertoires and the evolution of carbohydrate-reactive and alloimmune B cell responses, with applications spanning mucosal immunity, transplantation, autoimmunity, and vaccine development. His group integrates high-throughput antigen receptor sequencing, single B cell antigen receptor cloning, recombinant monoclonal antibody expression, and multidimensional serological profiling to define antigen-reactive B cell repertoires relevant to human health and disease. The successful candidate will perform sophisticated laboratory techniques including automated liquid handling, mammalian cell culture-based recombinant protein expression, and flow cytometry analysis. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong technical skills and a passion for advancing biological research.%3C/span%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;%22%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;%22%3E%3Cspan style=%22color:#295135;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;%22%3E%3Cspan style=%22mso-fareast-font-family:Calibri;%22%3E%3Cstrong%3E%3Cu%3EGeneral Responsibilities%3C/u%3E%3C/strong%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E%3Cspan style=%22color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;%22%3E%3Cspan style=%22line-height:107%;mso-fareast-font-family:Calibri;%22%3EAs directed, to independently set up and perform experiments and procedures in support of lab goals.%3C/span%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E%3Cspan style=%22color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;%22%3E%3Cspan style=%22line-height:107%;mso-fareast-font-family:Calibri;%22%3ETo collect, enter, summarize and analyze data.%3C/span%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E%3Cspan style=%22color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;%22%3E%3Cspan style=%22line-height:107%;mso-fareast-font-family:Calibri;%22%3ETo monitor results, detect and report unusual outcomes and suggest modifications.%3C/span%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E%3Cspan style=%22color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;%22%3E%3Cspan style=%22line-height:107%;mso-fareast-font-family:Calibri;%22%3ETo develop and improve techniques for the lab.%3C/span%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E%3Cspan style=%22color:#295135;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;%22%3E%3Cspan style=%22line-height:107%;mso-fareast-font-family:Calibri;%22%3E%3Cstrong%3E%3Cu%3EKey Duties %26amp;
