RN Clinical Coordinator

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the patient care experience through the development and implementation of clinical programs and workflows. This includes responsibility for patient throughput, quality initiatives, staff scheduling, and staff education/development. The Clinical Coordinator collaborates with nursing leadership, providers, and other interdisciplinary team members to drive excellence in clinical outcomes and the patient experience.
