Home Care Assistant

 

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team in Royal Oak, MI. This role involves providing personalized in-home care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to healthcare professionals.
• Follow all care plans and company policies to ensure client safety and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prior experience in home care or related field is a plus, but NOT required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Royal Oak, MI.
• Ability to pass background checks..
