Salary: £26,577 - £30,434 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 36.5 hours per week Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Student Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic Student Recruitment and Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the University's ambitious student recruitment targets and help deliver a first-class student experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the planning and delivery of a range of student recruitment and conversion activities, including open days, applicant visit days, and other on-campus and off-campus recruitment events. You will provide high-quality advice and guidance to prospective students and their families, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to attract the best possible students to our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the planning and delivery of a wide range of student recruitment and conversion activities, including open days, applicant visit days, and other on-campus and off-campus events. - Provide high-quality advice and guidance to prospective students and their families, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. - Contribute to the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to attract the best possible students to our programmes. - Liaise with academic colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and a coordinated approach to student recruitment. - Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of student recruitment practices and processes.
