Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a University Counsellor. The counsellor will provide personalized guidance to students, helping them choose suitable universities and programs based on their academic background and career goals. Daily tasks will include assisting with application processes, reviewing and editing application documents, offering financial and visa guidance, and addressing queries related to accommodations and student loans. The individual will collaborate with mentors to ensure students receive comprehensive support throughout their admission journey.

Qualifications

• Strong advisory and counselling skills to assist students in university selection and admission processes
• Proficiency in reviewing and editing application documents such as SOPs, essays, and LORs
• Knowledge of financial guidance, visa processes, and other administrative aspects of overseas education
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Understanding of international education systems and study abroad procedures is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field is preferred
• Experience in career guidance, education consulting, or a similar field is advantageous
