Data Manager

You will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing data to support the Trust's strategic and operational decision-making. This will involve working closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to understand their data needs, developing and maintaining data infrastructure, and providing insights and recommendations. Key responsibilities include: - Oversee the management of the Trust's data assets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security - Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations - Lead the design, development, and implementation of data models, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making - Provide expert advice and training to staff on data analysis and visualization techniques - Collaborate with IT and other teams to identify and implement technological solutions to enhance data management and analytics capabilities - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data management and analytics initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
