<div><strong>About the Role:</strong></div><div>Join UNIVERSAL LIFT SYSTEMS LLC as an Equipment Technician, where you will be at the forefront of ensuring our lifting equipment operates safely and efficiently. We are looking for passionate individuals to help us deliver top-notch service in the heart of Goodyear, AZ.<br><br>Field Technicians will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining customer equipment at various surrounding locations with excellent customer service. <br><br>
</div><div>Shop Technicians will be responsible for diagnosing and effectively repairing all mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to customer equipment brought to our shop.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Working knowledge of equipment hydraulics, transmissions and combustion engines. </li>
<li>Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems. Use of diagnostic programs and tools a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to perform system inspections, diagnose and repair customer equipment</li>
<li>Good written and verbal communication along with customer service skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work in various weather conditions.</li>
<li>Keep work areas clean, organized and tools in good condition.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a team environment.</li>
<li>Possess pneumatic and other hand tools necessary to work on various equipment.</li>
<li>Knowledge and compliance of OSHA safety regulations.</li>
<li>Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or a related field.</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on hydraulic and electrical systems.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li>
<li>Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality.</li>
<li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.</li>
