JOB SUMMARY:
Accountable for overseeing daily operations, events and projects of the Field Services team and ensuring the team meets their Service Level Agreements. Responsible for complex installation, configuration, support, and maintenance of technology including desktop, printers, iOS, point of sale systems, payment devices, IoT, signage, ticketing technology systems, infrastructure, software, restaurant table reservation management systems, network-based systems and infrastructure, kitchen technology, web-based technologies, and other parks and resort technologies. Responsible for the development and implementation of technical documentation for the support of training programs. Assist in the operational, strategic planning, and business continuity / disaster recovery solution. Develop, mentor, and motivate Field Services personnel.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees daily operations of Field Services Team working with supervisors on scheduling, escalations, coaching, technical documentation, and training for team members. Engage with the park supervisors, leads and attendants by walking our guest areas including but not limited to restaurants, guest arrival, attractions within our parks to ensure that the technology in the parks are ready for guests.
- Advanced Hardware Support. Complex installation, configuration, repair, and maintenance including troubleshooting, incident analysis and resolution of Food, Merch, Signage, Ticketing, access control system management, workforce management/time management systems, iOS, printers, mobile devices, IoT, Virtual Line hardware and other network connected systems.
- Infrastructure Support. Including network, troubleshooting low voltage data connections, installation, repair, termination, cable fabrication and testing of low voltage data jack and cabling, performing basic wireless surveys, and port identification, port modifications, port audits, troubleshooting network connected systems.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- High school degree or GED is required.
- Technical school is preferred.
- Associate degree (AA) is preferred or relevant experience.
- Other: Military classes or equivalent training.
EXPERIENCE:
- 4+ years’ experience in Field Services or PC Support related field.
- 1+ years’ experience in a UPR operations role.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- CompTIA PC certification and/or Microsoft Certification are preferred or related experience.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License Required.
