Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Unity Game Developer. The Unity Game Developer will be responsible for designing, programming, and implementing gameplay features. Day-to-day tasks include writing efficient and scalable code, collaborating with designers and artists to realize engaging game mechanics, and troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The role involves working closely with the team to transform creative concepts into fully functional games while ensuring optimal performance across various platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Game Programming, Gameplay Programming, and general Programming
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with a good understanding of coding principles
- Experience or knowledge in Game Design and implementing engaging mechanics
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable code
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach
- Familiarity with Unity engine (C#) and working with cross-platform game development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the gaming industry is a plus
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within interdisciplinary teams
