About the Role
We are looking for a Unity Developer with 1–5 years of experience to build and maintain
real-time digital twin and simulation applications for warehouse operations.
This role focuses on developing scalable, high-performance 3D systems using Unity (C#), with
strong emphasis on clean architecture, performance optimization (especially WebGL), and
backend integration.
You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to translate business
requirements into reliable and efficient simulation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain digital twin applications using Unity (C#)
- Build scalable simulation systems representing real-world workflows
- Translate design and product requirements into functional applications
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code
- Optimize performance, including rendering and memory usage (WebGL preferred)
- Integrate Unity applications with backend APIs and data systems
- Debug, profile, and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in Unity development
- Strong proficiency in C# and Unity fundamentals
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience working with 3D concepts (camera, lighting, transforms, physics basics)
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques
- Experience with REST APIs or backend integrations
- Working knowledge of Git and version control
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience in simulation, digital twin, or non-gaming applications
- Exposure to WebGL builds and browser-based performance tuning
- Understanding of software design principles (SOLID, design patterns)
- Familiarity with real-time data handling or event-driven systems
- Basic knowledge of Python or backend systems
- Experience handling large datasets in Unity
