This role serves as the first point of contact for candidates, leveraging strong customer service skills to provide an exceptional candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop strategic sourcing plans, proactively identify and screen qualified candidates, and manage the full lifecycle of the hiring process.
