Talent Acquisition Specialist Role and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job specifications - Proactively source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal mobility - Screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best fits for our open roles - Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial outreach to offer and onboarding - Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to ensure an efficient and seamless hiring process - Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to improve the recruitment process - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements - Promote our employer brand and culture to attract top talent Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field - 2-5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition - Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills - Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment software - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills - Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
