Talent Acquisition Sourcer - UnitedHealth Group Job Description: Talent Acquisition Sourcer The Talent Acquisition Sourcer partners with Recruiting Managers and HR Business Partners to identify, attract and engage top talent for open positions across the enterprise. This role is responsible for proactively sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates to build a robust talent pipeline that meets the needs of our growing business. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively source and recruit top talent for high-volume and/or critical roles - Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques and resources to identify and engage qualified candidates - Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to qualify candidates - Maintain candidate pipeline metrics and provide status updates to recruiting team - Collaborate with Recruiting Managers and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements and hiring needs - Partner with talent acquisition team members to develop innovative sourcing strategies and best practices Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening and pipelining - Proven ability to identify, attract and engage passive candidates - Demonstrated experience leveraging a variety of sourcing tools and channels (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities) - Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Taleo preferred) - Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience Preferred Qualifications: - Experience recruiting for high-volume and/or hard-to-fill roles - Understanding of the healthcare industry and/or insurance market - Certification or training in Talent Acquisition Why UnitedHealth Group?
