Talent Acquisition Sourcer

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer role is responsible for identifying and engaging top talent to meet the recruiting needs of UnitedHealth Group. This role will utilize a variety of sourcing strategies and tools to generate a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will work closely with Talent Acquisition Consultants to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize boolean searches, recruiting websites, and social media to identify and engage passive and active candidates
- Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs
- Engage and qualify candidates through email, phone, and social media outreach
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants to understand role requirements and hiring manager needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Provide regular reporting on sourcing activities and pipeline development
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Boolean search techniques and online sourcing tools
- Demonstrated ability to generate qualified candidate pipelines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Collaborative team player with ability to work cross-functionally
