Rx Network Senior Product Manager - Remote Job Summary: The Rx Network Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering product strategy, roadmaps and feature requirements to support our Pharmacy Network business. This individual will be a key contributor to both strategic and tactical initiatives that drive growth, performance, and operational efficiency. The Senior Product Manager will work cross-functionally to partner with stakeholders, analyze data and insights, and translate them into prioritized product requirements. This role requires a high degree of business acumen, stakeholder management, and technical expertise in healthcare, data, and technology. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for core network-focused products and features. • Translate business, clinical, and operational requirements into detailed product requirements and specifications. • Partner with engineering, data science, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of product features and enhancements. • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client service teams to drive adoption and maximize the value of network-focused products. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform product direction. • Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and insights to stakeholders at all levels. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, technology, healthcare). • 7+ years of experience in product management, with specific expertise in healthcare, data, or technology products. • Strong understanding of pharmacy networks, contracting, and operations. • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, enterprise-level products. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. • Proficient in project management, Agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management. • Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MHA, MS in Computer Science).
