About the role
Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open
Partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies
Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements
Build a head count, hiring and resource strategy and plan for all our hiring needs in India
Partner with our employer brand team to establish a talent brand and diversity, equity and inclusion strategy
Hire, lead, develop and coach a talented team of recruiters ensuring hiring goals are met
Maintain responsibility for full cycle recruiting for senior leadership roles
Launch and Early in Career/Emerging Talent Program
Weave diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging into every step of our talent attraction, sourcing, hiring and onboarding experience
Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations to better enable our team by building a scalable infrastructure to improve our systems and processes
Influence senior leaders using data and talent insights
