About the role

The Manager, Digital Product role is vital to accelerating our consumer digital experiences. This role is responsible for the management of new and existing member digital products and experiences. You will be empowered to do your best to align with data strategies, establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders, gather accurate requirements and evaluate product performance to enhance our mission of helping people live healthier lives. Expect to interface closely in a matrixed environment, including cross-functional lines of business in India & US (UHC, Optum businesses, etc.) and teams (Technology, Operations, Design, Usability, etc.) This position will require overlap of hours with US time zone. Primary Responsibilities: Define personalized messaging requirements for digital offers across app and web for E&I and M&R programs Navigate and influence multiple cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment. Teams include AEM, core Adobe team, E&I teams and multiple other cross functional teams Drive requirements and feature definition for new/existing capabilities within the journey. Collaborate with our business, XD, Analytics, tech & other teams in UHC India & USA Ability and interest in data/analytics; both user behavior/engagement with the product and reliability/reporting of the tech enabling the product Develop scope and define backlog items (epic/features/user stories) in AHA that guide the Agile software development team. Draft key objectives and results, metric, business value and apply the data for the product to make business decisions Articulate and execute an iterative approach to delivering integration for a business line Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams Stay on top of all meaningful health care and consumer technology trends, competitors, and market offerings Identify capabilities required to solve complex data-centric problems; prioritize problems and develop a road map that offers alternate methods of solving the problem Think strategically, and creatively, about how initiatives should work to solve large applications – translating a vision to processes and requirements Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
