Clinical Practice Consultant

The Clinical Practice Consultant (CPC) will work collaboratively with physicians and clinical teams to provide comprehensive clinical consultations and support to drive optimal patient outcomes and advance clinical integration initiatives. This includes leveraging data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, facilitating the development and implementation of evidence-based clinical programs, providing education on clinical guidelines and best practices, and assisting with the monitoring and evaluation of clinical performance metrics. The CPC will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with the clinical teams to promote continuous learning and quality improvement. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.
