Care Navigator

As a Care Navigator, you'll work with people one-on-one to help them access the right health care services, connect with the right providers, and overcome barriers that prevent them from getting the care they need. You'll be a knowledgeable resource, educator and advocate, helping people navigate the complex health care system. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping others. You'll collaborate with a team of dedicated health care professionals to coordinate care and connect people with the resources that can make a real difference in their lives.
