Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain end to end full stack applications supporting advanced automation use cases
Build and integrate RPA and Agentic AI driven solutions to automate complex, decision intensive business processes
Develop intelligent workflow orchestration frameworks enabling decision driven agents and human in the loop automation
Implement scalable backend services and APIs using .NET, C#, Python, and cloud native architectures
Develop modern, responsive frontend applications using ReactJS to support automation dashboards and user interfaces
Integrate automation platforms with enterprise systems, databases, and third party services
Design and optimize data models, SQL queries, and data pipelines to support automation and analytics
Deploy and manage applications in Azure cloud environments, ensuring security, performance, and reliability
Apply DevOps and CI/CD best practices using GitHub for source control, code reviews, and automated deployments
Collaborate with cross functional teams including business analysts, data scientists, AI engineers, and operations leaders
Ensure solutions are production ready, resilient, and compliant with enterprise standards
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies in Agentic AI, automation, and cloud engineering to improve solution effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or any higher degree in Information technology/electronics/CSE/computer applications
1+ years of experience in full stack development, including:
- Backend: .NET, C#, Python
- Frontend: ReactJS, modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Hands on experience with Azure cloud services and cloud native application design
Experience with GitHub for version control, collaboration, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience integrating applications with enterprise systems and APIs
Experience delivering enterprise scale automation or AI enabled platforms
Exposure to low code/no code automation tools and orchestration engines
Practical knowledge of RPA platforms and automation frameworks
Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data integration patterns
Solid understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including:
Intelligent workflow orchestration
AI assisted automation and system integration
Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful services, and event driven design
Proven decision driven and goal oriented agents
