Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of experience in related field.
- Valid Driver's License.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, flooring, roofing, and landscaping, to ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational.
- Identify, report, and address maintenance issues discovered during inspections.
- Install, repair, and maintain appliances and facility equipment.
- Maintain exterior grounds.
