The United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC) is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Design Specialist, Presentations & Partnerships, to join the Team Behind the Team. This role will be responsible for developing visually compelling design solutions that support both commercial partnerships and executive communications across Team USA. This role is a temporary position intended to work through December 2026.
The ideal candidate will specialize in creating high-impact presentations, partner proposals, and executive-level materials that translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives. This role requires exceptional presentation design skills, a strong understanding of brand standards, and the ability to operate with a high level of polish, discretion, and attention to detail in high-visibility settings.
The Graphic Design Specialist will be an important member of the Brand & Fan Engagement team and will work closely with colleagues across Commercial Innovation, Partnership Marketing, and senior & executive leadership. This role will focus on design execution and visual storytelling, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders who lead strategy and content development. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with senior leaders, navigating ambiguity, and delivering high-quality work on accelerated timelines while iterating quickly in response to evolving direction.

- Executive slide deck presentations
- Sales pitch materials and proposals
- Proof-of-concept mockups showing multiple brands sharing in one space
Here’s how you’ll have an impact:
- Provide graphic design support for partner proposals, presentations, and commercial materials across digital and print formats
- Design high-impact, executive-level presentations and communications for senior leadership, including internal updates, strategic initiatives, and external-facing materials
- Translate strategic concepts, partnership opportunities, and written content into clear, compelling visual narratives that enhance storytelling and drive engagement
- Produce in-venue, experiential mockups and proofs-of-concept that visualize how partner brands will be integrated into events and Team USA environments
- Design polished, client-ready presentation decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for partner pitches, executive presentations, and key business moments
- Develop and maintain templates, layouts, and scalable design systems to support consistency and efficiency across commercial materials
- Create sales collateral, including one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, and event-related materials
- Ensure all creative deliverables align with USOPC and Team USA brand guidelines while maintaining a high level of polish and attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with Commercial Innovation, Partnership Marketing, Creative teams, and senior leadership to deliver design solutions that meet business objectives and tight timelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing project management tools like Monday.com to track progress, communicate updates, and ensure timely delivery
- Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders, responding to feedback and iterating quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Navigate evolving direction and varying levels of input from stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility, strong judgment, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight and sometimes ambiguous timelines
- Exercise strong judgment and discretion when working on high-visibility and confidential materials
- Stay current on presentation design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of commercial materials
- Perform other duties as assigned
Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be effective:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience at a marketing/advertising agency or as an in-house designer, with a strong focus on presentation, pitch, or sales enablement design. Experience with sports organizations is beneficial but not required.
- Proven experience designing high-quality presentations and visual materials for business development, sales, or partnerships
- Experience working within established brand systems across multiple formats and channels
- Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing presentation design, pitch materials, and a range of visual design work
- Excellent skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition, with a strong emphasis on presentation design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools
- Strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging content
- Experience creating polished, client-facing materials with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while taking direction and feedback

- Hiring pay range $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
- This Full-Time, Exempt, Temporary position is intended to work through December 2026, working 40 hours per week.
