Duties
You will develop, contribute to, deliver, and maintain CMOW curricula.,You will facilitate the andragogical approach to learning through course planning, development, delivery, and assessment of academic material to CMOW students,You will lead CMOW working groups or committees to address fleet challenges and propose solutions, to improve fleet readiness.,You will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and implementation of operational level of war and planning topics within and outside of CMOW is proactively pursued.,You will enable experiential learning events, providing support in the areas of current operations, future operations, future plans and operational assessment to deliver a realistic learning experience for the student.,You will actively pursue remaining current in maritime operational level concepts, methods, and Fleet staff effective practices.,You will be responsible for ensuring curriculum content is assembled for printing; distribution of course materials to students, faculty, and staff supporting members.,You will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the four faculty and student portals for both course management and education execution,You will serve as the Records Custodian.,You will be responsible for management and oversight of workspaces, classrooms, and facilities.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Apply Navy, Joint, or operational-level planning concepts to develop, deliver, or evaluate training programs: 2) Design and deliver advanced professional military education or technical instruction aligned with established Navy and Joint planning processes; 3) Independently create, update, or assess complex curricula, instructional materials, experiential exercises, and scenario-based training using adult learning theory; and 4) Coordinate with Fleet engagement teams, exercise planners, subject-matter experts, or planning conference participants to identify training requirements, improve course content, and support operational readiness.
