Duties

Formulates instructions and gives directions necessary to operate a fluid, and efficient food production operation.,Manages a large Franchise restaurant front of the house (FOH) operations.,Responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparation, and presentation of all products in a timely manner and according to established recipes and procedures.,Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.,Conducts management review of patron food production programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures.

Qualifications

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Work experience managing or directing the activities of full service franchise style restaurant (i.e. Steakhouse, etc). 2. Minimum two years' experience as a Service manager or Assistant Service Manager of a full service restaurant is preferred. NOTE: The above minimum qualifications must be described within the duties of previous work experience listed on the applicant's resume and assessment/questionnaire. A copy of all supporting documents must be submitted at the time of application.
