Duties
The primary duties and responsibilities are to provide support to the Branch Chief and assist with policy development, pre-award review, execution, and post award administration of Grants, Cooperative Agreements, and Cooperative Support Agreements.,Memorandum of Understanding and Agreements and Inter/Intra-agency Agreements.,The work includes a range of Federal Assistance specializations, such as negotiation, cost and price analysis, and administration.
Qualifications

Time-in-Grade Requirement: If you are a current federal employee in the General Schedule (GS) pay plan and applying for a promotion opportunity, you must meet time-in-grade (TIG) requirements of 52 weeks of service at the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the position being filled. You must meet this requirement by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience Requirement Specialized Experience for the GS- 14 level: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience in the Grants Management field equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience that demonstrates a wide range of grant program and agreement policies and regulations, including techniques in grant development, overseeing application, award and evaluation processes sufficient to initiate inter-intra-Agency agreements, cooperative and other agreements, evaluate progress and determine consistency and compliance with program objectives.
