United Prairie Bank is hiring an Agricultural focused Business Banker.  This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, and will support our Waseca, MN agricultural clients.

Job Overview:

As an Agricultural focused Business Banker, you will acquire new loan clients, while managing existing client relationships.  In this role you will be expected to prepare and analyze financial statements and spreads, including adequacy of income and sufficiency of collateral and prepare a presentation for loan committee.

Annual Base Compensation Range: $71,058-$102,851.  In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.

Qualifications for this Opportunity:

  • High school diploma or GED (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
  • Demonstrated experience in successful agricultural loan portfolio management or other related credit or finance discipline, preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting practices and the ability to read financial statements and understand complex financial measures such as cash flow and other financial ratios.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
