We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Lead to scale our lead generation engine across digital, traditional, field, and outbound channels —from lead acquisition and nurturing through appointment setting.
This position manages a dedicated team of marketers in addition to serving on the company’s leadership team as peer to the head of the Sales and Production Departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a consistently full sales calendar with high-quality in-home appointments by generating lead volume through strong marketing systems and applied strategy
- Serve on the company leadership team
- Be responsible for management, motivation, and development of our marketing personnel including an in-house Digital Lead, Events Lead, Callers and Marketing Specialist
- Oversee and optimize multiple lead generation channels including: SEO / organic, paid digital, lead aggregators, partnerships/referrals, outbound calling, events/field marketing, and direct mail
- Manage the departmental budget, directing the use of funds to maximize set appointments while maintaining efficient CPLI
- Scale events and field marketing by increasing event presence and conversion rates
- Build and scale our outbound calling program into a consistent, high performing operation
- Support and grow our successful word of mouth and organic lead generation efforts
- Ensure consistent and reliable internal branding
- Partner closely with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment and results
- Exercise autonomy to test, optimize and reallocate resources quickly in pursuit of constant improvement
- Identify opportunities to build internal capabilities where appropriate
Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume, direct-to-consumer lead generation environments
- Strong understanding of traditional marketing combined with call center or outbound/event marketing efforts
- Proven track record of achieving measurable performance goals
- Ability to manage both strategy and execution
- Strong bias for action and continuous improvement
- Ability to hold people accountable while maintaining strong team relationships
- Persistent positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $100,000 – $125,000
- Performance-based bonus: $10,000 – $75,000+ (based on appointments, cost per lead, and revenue)
