<br>We are seeking a highly driven and experienced <strong>Enrollment Coach & Franchise Training Specialist</strong> (Traveling Required) to support the successful launch and growth of franchise locations across the country. This hybrid role combines sales excellence, team training, and on-site leadership to help new locations open strong and scale quickly.<br><br>

<br>In this position, you will travel to franchise locations, working hands-on with owners and their sales teams to implement proven enrollment systems, drive revenue, and build high-performing sales cultures. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with leadership experience, a passion for coaching, and the flexibility to work weekends as needed.<br><br>

<strong><br>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<li>Travel to franchise locations nationwide to support new store openings and ongoing performance.</li>
<li>Train, coach, and develop franchise sales teams on proven enrollment strategies and systems.</li>
<li>Lead by example by actively participating in sales efforts and demonstrating best practices.</li>
<li>Help implement and optimize sales processes, scripts, and KPIs across locations.</li>
<li>Ensure each location meets or exceeds enrollment and revenue targets.</li>
<li>Provide on-site support during critical launch periods, including weekends.</li>
<li>Evaluate team performance and deliver actionable feedback to franchise owners and leadership.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal leadership to refine training programs and improve systems.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate reporting and communication on location performance and opportunities.<br><br>

<strong><br>Requirements<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Minimum <strong>5 years of sales experience</strong>, preferably in high-performance or membership-based environments.</li>
<li>Proven <strong>leadership or managerial experience</strong> (training, coaching, or leading a team).</li>
<li>Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to <strong>travel nationwide</strong>.</li>
<li>Must be <strong>available to work weekends</strong> as needed for location openings and peak operations.</li>
<li>Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HighLevel) is a plus.</li>
<li>Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.<br><br>
