We are looking for a visionary Graphic Designer & Content Artist to join the United for Business Marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing segment owners to develop compelling, high-impact creative solutions that align with business objectives. From ideation to execution, you will craft visually stunning marketing materials, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure top-tier quality with flawless delivery. Strong storytelling, Strong communications skills, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills are essential as you bring innovative design and content strategies to life. Creative Strategy, Execution & innovation – Develop & implement impactful design and content strategies aligned with business goals such as slides, flyers, banners, HTML, etc that support United marketing objectives & conform to brand standards. Stay ahead of trends, bring fresh ideas & elevate brand storytelling. Project Management– Oversee multiple projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving project needs for seamless execution. Quality & Timely Delivery – Ensure high-quality, error-free creatives delivered within deadlines. Collaboration & Communication– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into compelling visual narratives. Effectively communicate ideas through design, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with brand identity and marketing goals. Stakeholder Management – Work closely with marketers, copywriters, and designers to ensure seamless collaboration while managing the currency & relevancy of content within United for Business digital asset. Proactively recommend content improvements & coordinate with external agencies to ensure thoughtful execution. Performance & Optimization – Track creative performance and continuously refine strategies for better engagement. This position is offered on local terms and conditions.
