About the role

United is hiring Pilots to join our team! As a United Pilot, you'll play a critical role in delivering on our mission to connect people and unite the world. You'll be responsible for safely operating aircraft and ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers. This includes pre-flight planning, in-flight operations, and post-flight procedures. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Safely operating aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies - Conducting pre-flight planning and inspections - Monitoring aircraft systems and making adjustments as needed - Communicating with air traffic control and other crew members - Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers - Adhering to all company policies and procedures To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a commercial pilot's license, an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, and significant experience flying commercial aircraft. You'll also need to be able to work well under pressure, make quick decisions, and have strong communication and leadership skills.
