About the role

At United, our Customer Experience Specialists are the face and voice of our brand, connecting with customers to resolve their needs and concerns. As a Customer Experience Specialist in our Contact Center, you'll be responsible for interacting with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide exceptional customer service and support. You'll handle a wide range of customer inquiries, from booking and reservation changes to baggage and loyalty program questions. Your strong problem-solving skills and empathy will be crucial in ensuring our customers have a positive experience. This role requires flexibility, as you may be asked to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our global customer base.
