Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a talented Senior Data Engineer to join our fast-paced, innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines and infrastructures that power our data-driven business solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with our data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement efficient and reliable data pipelines using modern data engineering tools and technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Snowflake, etc.) - Develop and optimize data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and advanced analytics - Automate data processing workflows and ensure data quality, reliability, and security - Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, implement monitoring and alerting systems - Stay up-to-date with the latest data engineering trends and technologies and recommend improvements to our data architecture Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role - Expertise in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and data processing workflows - Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data engineering tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Snowflake) - Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) - Understanding of data architecture patterns, data modeling, and data governance best practices - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
