Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Solan Himachal Area for a Unit Sales Manager. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting agents, driving sales growth through effective team management, achieving assigned sales targets, and nurturing strong agent and client relationships. The role includes recruiting, training, and mentoring sales partners, executing sales strategies, exploring new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborating with cross-functional departments to implement business plans will also be required.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams.
- Proficiency in strategic thinking, business development, and sales planning.
- Demonstrated skills in customer relationship management and problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of general insurance products is preferred but not mandatory; insurance certifications are an added advantage.
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Experience in sales, preferably in financial services or insurance, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
