Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Unit Sales Manager located in Jamnagar. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets by engaging with and managing a team of insurance advisors. Daily responsibilities include recruiting and training advisors, assisting them in developing and maintaining customer relationships, implementing sales strategies to meet business goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery. The role also involves conducting regular reviews, monitoring performance metrics, and providing ongoing support to the advisors to foster growth and development.
Qualifications
- Sales and marketing skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, promote financial products, and achieve sales targets
- Strong people management skills to recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of advisors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to establish and maintain strong customer relations
- Proficiency in developing customer-focused strategies and delivering high-quality service
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess performance metrics and support continuous improvement
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently while achieving team objectives
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar field is an advantage
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
