Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Unit Sales Manager. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by managing a team of financial advisors and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new financial advisors, providing training and guidance to the advisory team, implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves building strong client relationships to promote long-term business engagement.
Qualifications
• Sales and business development experience, including skillsets in team management, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities for managing advisory teams and engaging with clients
• Knowledge of financial products and services such as life insurance, retirement plans, and market trends
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and address challenges effectively
• Proficiency in communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Experience - 3-5 years mandatory in financial services.
