Role Description
We are seeking a Unit Sales Manager for a full-time on-site role based in Pune City. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving life insurance product sales, and achieving business targets. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, coaching and motivating the team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, monitoring team performance, and providing regular sales updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Experience in team leadership, with skills in coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and financial planning solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and leading teams effectively.
- Analytical and decision-making skills for identifying business opportunities and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in market research and customer needs analysis.
- Ability to work on-site and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Relevant experience in insurance sales or financial services is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
