Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Sales Manager located in Tirupati. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets by managing a team of agents and advisors, recruiting and training new team members, and monitoring their performance. Responsibilities will also include developing and implementing strategies to develop new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Regular reporting, forecasting, and analysis will be expected to assess business performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including experience in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team
- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building abilities
- Client relationship management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and strategic planning skills to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Proven ability to use MS Office and CRM tools effectively
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related fields
