Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Unit Manager at SBI Life Insurance, based in Udhampur. The Unit Manager will oversee and manage sales units, contribute to achieving business targets, and recruit and train agents or advisors. Responsibilities will include designing growth strategies, building relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaboration with teams and motivating subordinates will also be essential to drive performance and meet objectives effectively.

- Proficiency in team leadership, agent recruitment, and training
- Sales and marketing acumen, with experience in developing strategies and achieving business targets
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for monitoring success metrics
- Familiarity with insurance products, trends, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in sales, insurance, or financial services will be an added advantage
